Shannon and Katie have been a great help enabling us to meet our healthcare needs for our employees. I like having them take the load off our back getting new employees set up with their benefits package and dealing with the insurance companies. For a small businesses like ours that means I can spend more time with clients in billable time than nonbillable overhead time. Our company was looking for ways to cut down cost without having to sacrifice the quality of benefits our employees were receiving, we thought paying top dollar will always give us top quality but we were wrong. Capital Group Benefits is the true definition of “Insurance Made Easy”. They sent us 2 wonderful agents, Shannon Joy and Katie Harvey who walked us through the intricate world of health insurance. Processes and insurance lingos were broken down to simple, efficient and easy to understand terms that helped us make our decision in no time. We used to pay for what Shannon calls the “Cadillac” of health insurance, a very expensive health insurance package that limited us to add more value added benefits to our employees. Now, besides the health insurance, we are also providing our employees with dental, life and long term disability insurance all of which to no cost to the employee!
