Jay is a leader in the installation of HSA accounts in both the group and individual markets. He is an active consultant with numerous CPA firms and their clients, fielding questions about the emergence of HSAs and HRAs and the impact they can have both on the market and employer.
Originally from Boston, Jay resides in Gainesville with his wife, Julie, and four daughters, Jorden, Jenna, Jada, Jaxson and son, Jacoby.
Katie has been with CGB since 2006 as the New Business Coordinator. Her level of professionalism, product knowledge and work ethic has helped the growth of CGB. Katie and her husband have three children, Emma, Ava and Declan and reside in Haymarket, VA. While away from her desk, Katie enjoys spending time with family, shopping and vacationing! Katie enjoys meeting new people and helping them navigate through wonderful world of insurance!
Shannon Joy joined Capital Group Benefits in 2008 and brought a wealth of sales and customer service experience to the team. Shannon and her husband Steve live in Bristow Virginia with their two children Ashley & Andrew. When she isn’t helping business owners and individuals obtain health insurance; she loves to read, spend time with her family and she is a die hard Redskins fan. Shannon is a high energy sales person that loves to find solutions for business owners when it comes to employee benefits!
Chris Erickson has been a member of Capital Group Benefits staff since February 2009. She brings over 15 years experience in administration, training and management skills which is crucial in the insurance industry. Her enthusiasm and ability to handle our client needs and service issues conforms to our company philosophy and customer service standards. She understands the essence of good customer service is forming relationships with our clients. In her spare time, Chris enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family and volunteering for non-profit organizations. She is married to Dale and lives in Haymarket, VA with their Scottish terrier, Tuggen.
